Tim has been one of the most consistant performers in Drayton's history and has always been the one encouraging the rest of the team. He makes the perfect vice-captain and in Joe's absence fills in very well. He is comfortable coming forward when on the ball and can spray passes all around the pitch. He is one of the more skillful players in the Drayton team but is another member of the 4ft high brigade. His fitness in Drayton's engine room is really noticeable on the few occasions when he is not present. Tim is also given the responsibility of taking set pieces and has the longest throw-in at the club enabling him to throw crosses in to the near post looking for a flick-on which causes extra danger for opponents. Tim commands respect from the team around him as he is a fighter who never gives up. He always gives it his best shot and although he had a few suspect performances in the early part of last season he bounced back to be the star of the second half of the season. A contender for player of the season again this year after being one of the stars of last term. Tim is currently struggling with a calf injury which has affected him all season.
