Jamie is one of the most commited members of the team as he plays rugby for either Havant or Hampshire in the morning and comes to play for Drayton in the afternoon. If he didn't play rugby in the mornings then Jamie's fitness would be probably the best in the team as he looks as fresh as any of us at the start of the game. Jamie is big and strong and although he has taken a lot of stick about his shooting abilities, finished last season in second place in the goal-scoring charts. Many a time he has been described as having a worse goal-shot ratio than Andy Cole and when asked to comment on the comparisons, Jamie said "Well I score about 1 in every 7 shots which isn't too bad!!!" Jamie would be a top class striker if he could drastically improve his goal-shot ratio as other than his shooting he is almost a complete player. He has been used in various different positions since Clanfield was formed. Jamie has found himself picked at left-back, centre-back, centre midfield, left-wing, right-wing and centre forward in his career. When available Jamie is one of the first names down on the team sheet. Jamie is currently injured, nursing an ear wound sustained playing rugby.
