"A pretty good audience recording for it's day. The sound is very raw and roughly mixed, exactly as it was on the day. I remember the PA being a bit small and a bit quiet but being pushed to it's limits. This 'festival' (well one afternoon in north London, the gig finished at 8pm!) was organised by the left wing/socialist Morning Star newspaper with idealogically sound bands provided by Rough Trade. See the attachment for the rest of the line up, this has been sized to print out as a cd cover. It was an amazing day, at the time I loved all of these bands and to see them all on the same bill playing for free (or was it £2.00) was incredible, all on a wonderful summers day. Oh, sweet youth!!"
