Pasta Jazz is one of the best jazz venues in Mexico and has officially gained recognition, since several years, by Tourism Ministry of the Federal District Governament, for the outstanding participation in the entertainement and tourism industry promotion into the City.

Music, which is the "Alma Mater" of the place, is performed with great skill by Pasta Jazz creator and our Host, the virtuoso Maestro Paolo de Sanctis, from Caserta, also near to Naples, Italy, who, not only receives you personally, but even plays traditional jazz, ragtime and blues at gran piano with his trio: "Paolo de Sanctis Jazz Gang", with the unvaluable support of his friends, Maestro Enrique Valad�z at doublebass and Maestro "Chalillo" Gonzalez at drums. Among the three ones, they join more than 160 years of musical experience. Imagine it! An incredible triade and atmosphere! You have to watch and listen to belive it!!
