| My name is Ernie Fantini, I have been a journeyman carpenter and mason since 1976, I attended two years of instruction at a community college for architectual design and engineering. I started drawing house plans, specifications and estimates for a custom builder before leaving college. I built my first complete passive solar house in 1980. For 10 years I worked in Delaware, Maruland, and Pennsylvania doing all matter of residential and light construction always trying to specialize in passive solar and energy efficient construction. |  |
| Ten years ago my family and I moved to Lawrence, Kansas. Since that time I have continued to build energy efficient housing, but I have also done much historical restoration, renovation, rehabilitation, and additions in the Lawrence area including passive solar work. |
