"Secrets: Passions Unlocked"

Noah: If I were in Kay�s shoes� well. Who�d want to be in Kay�s shoes? Okay, you might not say that after you see what happens to her at the trial� here it is the special trial episode of Passions Unlocked�

Noah: Trials are being held everyday of every hour. No matter who the person, no matter what the case. Unfortunately for Kay and Miguel� their trial starts today. Miguel is surely convinced that he will be proven guilty. But Kay has a back-story.

Destination: New Harmony National Courtroom
Time and Date: Monday, December 24, 2006. 2:20pm EST
(The people are being seated and many are convinced that they are guilty)

Woman: Now, I just know that that Kay woman killed that girl� she�s so vile.

Lady: I know� I know. Just looking at her gives me the creeps.

Kay: (Turning her head around to the two woman) FYI Bitch� my life is none of your damn business. Maybe you�ve been watching way to many episodes of Law and Order.

Lady: Good grief�

Kay: Yeah� just try not to get a little rowdy during my case.

(Miguel walks in ands sits next to Kay)

Kay: Miguel!!! Oh� (She hugs him tightly.)

Miguel: Kay� Hi. Um� I thought you were mad at me.

Kay: No� How could I stay mad at you.

Miguel: Well� have you forgotten about what happened on that talk show, 3 days ago?

Kay: You know, I�ve been thinking. And� I know you were just kidding about that whole thing about being gay thing. I mean. How could such a hot guy like you be� well. Gay? I know you were just trying to save your behind from me knowing that you were sleeping with another girl. And, as long as you promise me that you�ll break it off with who ever it is you were with. Please� for me. Promise me Miguel.

Miguel: Kay� I didn�t�

Kay: Miguel, please. If you still love me.

Miguel: All right, I promise you Kay. I�ll break it off� I promise.
(He puts his head down in shame)

(The judge comes in as Kay puts her hand on Miguel�s shoulder)

Kay: Thank you Miguel. Now you, me, and little Sam can live happily in our house. And let�s not forget about our annual Christmas party. This time, maybe Theresa will even show up with Ethan. You never know.

Miguel: Oh Kay. Why do you have to do this to me? (In his head)

Kay: Oh, I have a good feeling about this Miguel. I good feeling.

Noah: Meanwhile in Old Harmony in old Harmony, Theresa and I where having problems of our own.

OLD HARMONY � Crane Estate

(They both look up into the sky and notice that it is raining blood, they both bring their heads down slowly at the same time and notice they both have blood on their faces.)

(They both shriek and run to the car)

Theresa: How could it be raining blood? I don�t understand.

Noah: I think I read about this somewhere in one of those strange scientific but religious miracle shows on TV.

Theresa: What are you getting at?

Noah: I don�t have time to tell you� just get in the car�

(The both quickly get in the car)

Theresa: Start it Noah� start the car!

Tabitha: (In the back seat of the car with Timmy) Thanks a lot Timmy! You�ve done it now!

Timmy: What? What did I do?

Tabitha: You�ve released the souls� you�ve released the souls!

Timmy: What souls?

(Noah tries to drive the car out of the dirt but it�s stuck.)

Theresa: Why is it stalling?
Noah: It�s stuck in a hole� it�s stuck in a hole.

Theresa: Well� get out and get it out of the hole.

Noah: I�m not going out there. It�s raining blood!

Theresa: Noah, I can�t elucidate why it�s raining blood but something tells me we both better get out of this forsaken town.

Noah: How do we? I don�t want to get poured with blood� do you have an umbrella in the back seat?

Theresa: Yes� there should be.

Tabitha: Oh no!

(Noah reaches his hand back and grabs Tabitha�s butt and doesn�t no it. Tabitha smacks his hand.)

Noah: Ouch!!

Theresa: What?

Noah: Something hit my hand. There�s something back there.

Tabitha: Oh!

~ New Harmony Courtroom~

Judge: Will Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald please approach the bench?

(Miguel, looking very disheartened, gets sworn in and sits down.)

Lawyer: Mr. Lopez-Fitzgerald, where were you on the night of December 14, 2002?

Miguel: To tell you guys the truth. I don�t remember anything from that night.

Lawyer: Oh� well do you remember anything that led up to that night?

Miguel: Yes.

Kay: Oh my god� Miguel. Please don�t ruin this!

Miguel: It was December 14, 2002� it was around 5:00. Kay and I where the only ones in the cabin at the time, we were watching a movie. Anyway, I don�t know why but all of a sudden I got really tired. And fell asleep.
Lawyer: At what time did you wake up?

Miguel: 11:00pm

Lawyer: Just 2 hours before Charity Standish was murdered?

Miguel: I don�t know, I guess.

Lawyer: Thank you Miguel. You may leave the bench.

Lawyer: I would now like to ask Simone Russell and Jessica Bennett up to the bench.

(They both get sworn in and sit down on)

Lawyer: Okay girls. You told me earlier quite a bit about what happened, tell it to everyone will you?

Simone: Um, Kay and Miguel where are best friends for a long time now and�

Lawyer: Please� just get to the good stuff.

Simone: Kay� Miguel� we are sorry for what we are about to do.

Jessica: Really sorry� we hope you know we are doing the right thing.

Lawyer: Please tell us what happened on that night.

Simone: Well� on the night of December 14, Kay and Miguel both weren�t in their beds. I had just woken up from a nightmare and I noticed they weren�t there.

Jessica: And when Jessica woke me up, we went outside to look for them.

Lawyer: Wait a minute! Miguel said he woke up at 11:00, what time did you 2 wake up?

Jessica: It was probably 10:30.

Lawyer: Why were you in bed so early?

Simone: Because the night before everyone was up all night watching movies and playing games.

Lawyer: Okay, now tell me what you two saw when you went to look for Kay and Miguel.

Simone: We saw Kay and Miguel.

Kay: Oh my god. They�re going to ruin my plan.

Noah: Kay is in a little trouble is she? Just you watch! Cause the plot thickens.
Let�s see what�s going on with Theresa and Me.

Noah: I swear to god I felt something hit my hand. Theresa? Theresa?

Theresa: Noah� look!!! Look!!!

Noah: Oh my god� it�s an avalanche!

Theresa: But� where is it coming from?

Noah: I don�t know� It�s getting closer!

Theresa: Hurry, drive�

Noah: I can�t we�re stuck!

Timmy: Tabby? What�s going on?

Tabitha: Thanks to you. Every little thing that I tried to wreak havoc in Harmony is about to happen all over again.

Timmy: What are you talking about?

Tabitha: Everything that I tried to get rid of the Harmony Citizens is about to re-occur.
Starting with the avalanche. Remember, you and me were almost caught in that.

Timmy: But why?

Tabitha: To test Theresa and Noah. If there fears can overcome the obstacles. Something awful will happen in the end.

Timmy: Oh my god. You are right.

Tabitha: Don�t worry Timmy. There is no way they won�t be afraid.

Noah: It�s about to hit�

Theresa: Please don�t let us die.

Noah: Theresa� we�re not going to die! You have to be brave.

Theresa: Be brave� be brave� (She looks passionately at Noah and they draw in for a kiss. They kiss each other deeply as the avalanche hits them)

Noah: Please don�t miss the ending to this. You won�t want to miss how we got out of that mess. Kay is in quite a bit of trouble. Let�s look in on them.

Kay: No. They can�t know.

Lawyer: You saw them? What were they doing?

Jessica: They were asleep on a bench. So we took them in and put them in bed.

Kay: (Smiles) Yes.

Lawyer: And it was about 12:00, so I still don�t understand how they murdered Charity.

(This leaves a puzzled look on the lawyers face)

Lawyer: Thankyou� you may leave the bench.

Kay: I think it�s time to bring out my plan.

Lawyer: No for my final verdict�

Kay: Wait!!! (Walking up to the judge) Judge� I know I�m not suppose to come up here unless I am called but, I have evidence that Miguel and I had nothing to do with Charity�s death.

Judge: Alright� tell us.

Lawyer: I don�t think we �

Kay: I hired a detective while I was in jail and he came across something on St. Tyler�s Cliff.

Judge: Uh� is this detective in the courtroom?

Kay: No. He asked me to keep his name confidential, please take a look at these.

(She hands him the yellow envelope)

Kay: (Smiling) See� those pictures prove that Miguel and I didn�t kill Charity.

Miguel: What is she talking about?

Judge: Well, this is� very convincing evidence.

Kay: I know, and I hope that you will� (She pauses when she sees Charity�s bloody body hanging above the door entrance)

Kay: (Shocked and scared) My god� (Quiet)

(Charity�s head turns and looks straight at Kay)

Charity: You killed me Kay!!! Tell the truth�

Kay: (Screaming mad) No!!!!

Noah: Is Kay hallucinating or something, and what does Charity mean bye tell the truth? What proof does she have that she and Miguel didn�t kill Charity? What will happen when Theresa and I find us in an avalanche? All these questions and more will be answered on the next Secrets: Passions Unlocked!
