Old Harmony Lighthouse

(Theresa opens the door to the lighthouse)

Theresa: Wow. It�s dark and dusty in here.

Noah: I�ll look for the power box.

Theresa: I�m going to go upstairs.

(Using her flashlight she heads upstairs looking around)

Timmy: Um� Tabby!

Tabitha: What is it Timmy?

Timmy: I think we have visitors.

Tabitha: What are you babbling about?

Timmy: Look in the mirror.

(Tabitha looks into her magical mirror to see Theresa and Noah coming into the lighthouse)

Tabitha: Oh my god! What if they find us up here?

Theresa: Hello? Is anybody here?

Timmy: What do we do?

Tabitha: Follow me Timmy.

Timmy: Where are we going?

Tabitha: Never mind that� just follow me.

(Tabitha opens a secret compartment leading to another room)

Tabitha: Go ahead Timmy. I�ll follow you.

(Timmy crawls through the tiny compartment and Tabitha follows him just as Theresa comes in the compartment closes)

Theresa: Hello? Hmm, I thought I heard someone.
(She turns around and screams)

Theresa: AHHHH!!!! Noah! You scared me.

Noah: Sorry. Um� I found the power box. And it was already on. So someone must be in this lighthouse.

Theresa: No� I just searched the whole place. No one is here.

Noah: Then why is the electric on? (Turning on the light)

Antonio: Who are you?

Theresa: Oh my god. I�m sorry. We had no idea you were staying here.

Antonio: I don�t stay here� I�m here to talk to talk to Tabitha.

Theresa: Tabitha who?

Antonio: Tabitha Lenox� where is she?

Theresa: She�s dead� she died 4 years ago. Her gravestone is just down the road�

Antonio: She isn�t dead. I just talked to here yesterday� I need to talk to her again.

Noah: Hey� you heard the lady� Tabitha Lenox is dead.

Antonio: What are you doing here anyway?

Theresa: We uh� own this place.

Theresa: Are you friends of Tabitha�s?

Antonio: What are you a warlock and a witch?

Theresa: Um� no. May I ask who you are?

Antonio: I�m Zalboria. Demon of the netherworld.

Noah: Yeah� and I�m Prince Chugalug, warlock of the motherland.

Antonio: You are? Oh I�m sorry� your royal prince� (Bowing before him)

Noah: Okay� I was just being sarcastic�

Tabitha: Oh no!!! No� not Zalboria� (Looking into a mirror) I hope he doesn�t blow our cover�

Theresa: Um� why don�t you go ahead and go home and we�ll tell Tabitha you were here.

Antonio: Okay� thanks.

(As Zalboria leaves, Theresa makes a funny look)

Theresa: That was weird.

Noah: I know� Zalboria?

Theresa: No� not about that. I�m talking about how he got here. The bridge is down.

Noah: Maybe he jumped over it like you did.

Theresa: No� he couldn�t have�

Noah: Let�s just find a place to sleep and get some rest�

Theresa: Yeah, I want to get up early to go to the crane estate.

Noah: Okay� how about you sleep in here on this bed and I�ll sleep on the couch downstairs.

Tabitha: After that night, things got worse and worse. I�ll tell you about that later� now let�s take a look in on Kay and Miguel.

New Harmony Police Station

Kay: I can�t break my promise to little Sammy. Miguel and me are going to be there for him for Christmas no matter what. But how? I suppose I can be good and they will let me out for good behavior� no. They think I killed a person. Hmm� the trial is in 7 hours. What do I do? I guess I can finish my little project�

(Kay sneaks out of her bed and down to the floor, she checks to see if Ruth is asleep)

Kay: Good�

(Kay puts her mug outside of the bars and an officer comes up to her)

Officer: What do you want? It�s 3:00 in the morning�

Kay: May I have some water please. I�m really thirsty.

Officer: Okay, I�ll be right back� (Taking the mug)

Kay: Sucker� (Kay rushes to the other side of the room and picks up her slippers and throws them out in the hallway. (After that she rushes back to the bars)

Officer: Here you go� now try to get some sleep please.

Kay: Okay� thank you� oh� I�m so sorry to bother you about this but� can you get me my slippers� my cellmate threw them out there earlier cause I was so much beautiful then her.

Officer: Is this girl a problem for you. Cause if she is I can put you in another cell.

Kay: No� I�m sure we�ll get to know each other quite well.

Officer: Okay� well here are you�re slippers.

Kay: (Holding on to the bars) (Smiling at him)

Officer: Is there something wrong?

Kay: You know� you are so hot.

Officer: I am? (Clearing his throat) Yeah� well that�s what all the girls say.

Kay: I like a guy who knows his donuts�

Officer: Wow� I�ve never met a girl like you.

Kay: How old are you? 22� 21� 18?

Officer: 24.

Kay: Well� maybe when I get out of here we can go out sometime.
Here�s my phone number.

(Kay takes his hand and rights down her phone number on his hand)

Kay: Now don�t lose it�

Officer: I won�t� hey. How about I sneak you out for just a few hours� we can go to my house�

Kay: But that would be breaking the law. And I don�t want to do that.

Officer: Non-sense. I�ll have you back here before breakfast�

Kay: Okay� well. I guess just 2 hours wouldn�t hurt.

Tabitha: Now, you�d think that once he opened the door Kay would run for it. But that�s not Kay�s style� watch and see what she does.

Kay: You are certainly a gentleman. (The officer opens the door)

Officer: Come on� we�ll go out the back way.

(The two rush out the back way as Kay smiles up a storm)

(When in the car, Kay gives the officer a sexy look)

Kay: You know I never did get your name.

Officer: Theodore�

Kay: Oh� what a strange little name. How about I call you Theo.

Theo: Okay� what ever you like honey buns.

Kay: Oh� do you mind if we stop at my house first. I want to change out of these awful jail clothes�

Theo: Of course�

Tabitha: Now, I didn�t really think Kay would pull this off. But maybe she will.
Now� you�ve just about seen everything for today� except for this.

(As Miguel sleeps, Ben looks at him sleep peacefully)

Ben: I�ve never seen a guy sleep like this� I wish I could sleep like him.

Ben: But� unfortunately� I can�t. (Ben looks at him sleep like a baby as he gut's in closely) I�ve never met a guy like you. Oh what I�d do for to kiss those precious lips of yours� maybe I can. (While Miguel sleeps he gives him a kiss)

DAYDREAM SEQUENCE

(Ben pictures him and Miguel dancing at a ball alone.)

Ben: I love you Miguel.

Miguel: I love you too.

(They continue to dance)

THE DREAM ENDS

Ben: Whom am I kidding? Miguel will never like me.

(Ben gets back down into his own bad and tries to sleep)

Tabitha: Does this sound familiar�or what? Another triangle involving Miguel� but this time two guys are going to be fighting over him.

Jewelry Store

Sally: Hello� how may I help you?

Ethan: Yes� I�d like to buy a necklace for my friend� she�s beautiful. And I need a necklace that will lighten up her face.

Sally: Okay� how about this one� it�s only 299.99

Ethan: That�s a lot of money� do you have anything cheaper?

Sally: Well... I�m afraid we don�t. Since it�s so close to Christmas we�ve run out of necklaces. This is the only one left� oh� hold on. I think we have another one in the back room. It�s only 129.99. I think you just might like it�

Sally: Follow me please.

(In the other room)

Sally: Here it is� do you like it?

Ethan: Yes� that�s it�

Sally: There are actually two of these� they were made duplicates for natural lovers to wear forever to show they love each other.

Ethan: Where is the other one�

Sally: Well� somebody already bought one.

Ethan: Oh� to bad then. I was thinking maybe I could where one and Gwen could where the other.

Sally: Would you like it right now or held until Christmas Eve.

Ethan: Um� I think I will pick it up on Christmas Eve.

Sally: Okay� we�ll have it gift-wrapped.

Ethan: Thank you.

Sally: Hey!!! (Just as Ethan was about to leave)

Ethan: Yes.

Sally: Aren�t you Ethan Winthrop?

Ethan: Winthrop? Do you know my last name? How do you know me?

Sally: I use to be a maid for the Crane Mansion.

Ethan: Crane Mansion?

Sally: Yes. It�s where you grew up. I practically watched you grow up.

Ethan: Oh my god�

Sally: I thought you had died in that fire�

Ethan: No� but I did get amnesia.

Sally: Oh. I�m sorry.

Ethan: No� don�t be. Listen� can you tell me more about who I am.

Sally: I guess so. I�m just about to close up for tonight. Maybe we can go to NHC.

Ethan: Okay� Okay. Let�s go then.

Tabitha: Oh damn the timing� what is about to happen won�t be good for me.
Sally is going to ruin everything. Oh!!! Well� as we leave let�s see what�s going on with Kay and Theo.

(At Kay and Miguel�s House)

Kay: Don�t worry Theo. I won�t be long.

(Kay heads upstairs and into her bedroom)

Kay: I can�t believe this is where Miguel and I slept together� who knows how many guys have been in that bed after me.

(She opens the closet and digs behind a bunch of old books)

Kay: Where is it? Where is my spell book?

Kay: Oh No!!! I forgot� Miguel cleaned this closet out last month. I hope he didn�t throw it out� wait a minute. (She goes into the den and sees it sitting on the desk)

Kay: Oh yeah� I remember� before I left for St.Tylers. I had to search for a spell.
(She picks up the spell book and runs downstairs)

Theo: Finally� um� I thought you were changing.

Kay: Huh? (She looks down) OOOHHH!!! Yes� um. Well. I just had to come downstairs to get them out of the dryer.

(She opens the doors to the laundry room and picks up her clothes.)

Kay: Yep� here they are. I better go get dressed then� (She runs upstairs.)

Theo: What is this book? Spells of Pain? (He starts to open it) Hmm�

Tabitha: Oh no� it�s all over if that stupid cop reads the spell book.
