Ananda: Okay� now that we know the truth about Miguel. He wasn�t really sleeping with another girl but with another guy.

Kay: Please� don�t remind me� Miguel�. I thought you loved me?

Miguel: I did� it�s just that� Well. Kay I have something big to tell you and it�s going to change our life for good. And I don�t want you to think I�m being eccentric. But what I�m about to say is really big� it may break the both of us up for good. But I can�t keep it from you�

Kay: What is it Miguel?

Miguel: When you went to visit your mother at the hospital I�

(Just as Miguel is about to reveal something Simone rushes out on the stage)

Simone: Hold Up!!!! Everybody Stop!!!

Guard: Sorry guys� I tried to stop her�

Ananda: Excuse me but what are you doing on my show?

Kay: Simone? Oh my god!!

Simone: That�s right� you thought you got rid of me in the cabin� didn�t you.

Miguel: Kay� what�s going on?

Simone: Jessica� you might want to get away from those two murderers.

Jessica: What are you talking about Simone?

Simone: For the past week I have been up on St. Tyler�s Cliff. I found evidence that Kay Bennett, your sister, killed Charity. With help from Miguel.

Miguel: What the hell� (Miguel and Kay run off the stage but the police rush in to stop them)

Jessica: Simone� you aren�t making any sense to me.

Simone: Well� when I went up to the cliff I found evidence that Kay, Miguel, and Timothy Meadows, an escaped convict and close friend of Miguel�s killed Charity.

Jessica: Simone, that�s crazy. Charity fell off of the cliff when Kay and Charity went on that hike.

Simone: No� Jessica. Charity was shot and murdered the night before we heard she fell off of that cliff�. Don�t you remember?

Flashback

December 14 2002

St. Tyler�s Cliff

(Charity, Miguel, Kay, and Tim are standing all alone on the cliff)

Charity: Kay? Tim? Is that you? What are you two doing up here?

Kay: We decided to finish off what we tried to do earlier�

Charity: What are you talking about?

Miguel: Charity� I have something to tell you� and you aren�t going to like it.

Charity: What is it?

Miguel: Kay and I� well� we both fell in love�

Charity: hahaha�that is so funny Miguel� nice try though.

Miguel: I�m not kidding Charity�

Charity: No� (She feels pain) AHHH!!!

Miguel: What the hell is wrong with you?

Charity: I�m having this strong premonition that something bad is going to happen tonight�

Miguel: That�s cause something bad is going to happen�

Charity: What?

Miguel: Your going to die tonight�

Charity: What?

(Charity Runs into the woods but Tim stops her)

Kay: Kill her now Tim!!! (Tim grabs a hold of Charity�s neck and starts to choke her. To death)

Charity: (Trying to scream for help but can�t with blood coming out of her mouth)

Miguel: No!!! Stop!!! We can�t kill her�we can�t!!!

Kay: Miguel� why are you trying to protect her� she slept with Tim. Why shouldn�t we kill her?

Miguel: I think I�m still in love with her�

Kay: You are not! You�re in love with me now�

Miguel: (Hypnotized with Kay�s love) You�re right� kill her then� she has to die!

(Miguel pulls the trigger)

10 Minutes later

(Tim zips the body bag up and they drag it to his cabin)

Tim: There� now when morning comes� we all know what to do! We have to make it look like Charity�s death was an accident� and that she fell off of the cliff. I don�t want the cops up here tomorrow questioning me about anything�

Miguel: Don�t worry we�ll make sure that they find it an accident� We couldn�t let Charity get between Kay and me�

Kay: Come on Miguel� we need to get back up to the cabin before everybody wakes up�

Miguel: It�s a shame she had to die so close to Christmas to.

End of Flashback

Simone: And this picture proves� that Charity was killed on December 14 not the 15!
I showed the police everything� and Kay and Miguel will be spending some time in Jail!

Kay: No!!! (Kay runs toward the exit)

(The police grab her)

Cop: Come with me young man� (The policeman puts cuffs on Miguel and Kay)

Kay: Wait a minute!!! I have just one question for you Simone!

Simone: Yes�

Kay: I thought you where dead� how did you survive the beating and the explosion?

Simone: It wasn�t really me in that bag Kay�

Kay: Then what was in it?

Simone: Your mom�

Kay: (stunned) What?

Simone: I said� it was just a sack of potatoes�

Kay: Huh? I could have sworn you said my mom.

Simone: Why would your mom be in that bag?

Kay: I don�t know� I should have listened to that angel� she said something like this would happen� she said I would end up in jail�

Simone: What are you talking about?

Kay: Nothing�

(While outside on the curb the policemen put Kay and Miguel into the cop car)

Miguel: How could you let something like this happen?

Kay: It wasn�t my fault�

(Standing on the curb)

Jessica: I can�t believe this is all true�

Simone: Yeah I know� I�m just happy it�s all over.

Jessica: Simone� you shouldn�t have done that.

Simone: What are you talking about?

Jessica: I mean you really shouldn�t have done that.
Simone: Done what? Why?

Jessica: It wasn�t Charity who Kay and Miguel killed�

Simone: Huh? No� I found evidence. How could it not be Charity?

Jessica: I have something to tell you� it�s not going to be good.

Simone: Jessica� you are confusing me with the facts� what is going on.

Jessica: There is no easy way to say this but it wasn�t Charity who was killed that night� it was my mother�

Simone: How� how could that be? This is just impossible� I saw the pictures� I seen the evidence� it was Charity�s body that I found in that body bag� not your mothers.

Jessica: I know it sounds really confusing but I�ll explain it all to you tonight.

(Jessica walks away leaving Simone standing in an incomprehension state)

The Police drive away with Kay and Miguel inside� as the scene closes to an end�

Kay: I�m sorry Miguel�

Miguel: So am I� So am I�

Tabitha: Well folks� it all came out� and people say a lot can�t happen in one day� now that the truth of who killed Charity or should we say �GRACE� is out� what exactly is Jessica�s saying? Sheridan and Luis�s malevolent friend CARRIE just got what she always wished for this week�. How will it end? Sheridan and Luis both fell into the fire when Luis forgo his live when he saw his sweet WIFE fall in just seconds after finding him in bed with her best friend and also taking a nice glimpse of who He really is. Theresa is just a door behind meeting Ethan again for the first time in 4 years� did Gwen really think she could keep them apart? Maybe she will maybe she won�t. Qlinn has a secret and it involves his father� and Theresa. Find out the shocking conclusion February 2002!!!!
