| Theresa: Here we are... it all has come down to this. The Final Chapter of my book. Or should I say my life. All secrets have been revealed, except for just one. The secret I have been keeping from you all since July 5, 1999. Here it is... my final secret. Destination: Harmony Time: 12:01pm Date: July 5, 1999 (Theresa Fitzgerald is on her bed writing in her diary) Theresa (Reading in her mind as she writes): �I use to think life was all about the drama and that fate was just a privilege that we as humans all shared. When I first met Ethan, I thought that we were met to be together. I had really never met Ethan before. I�ve only seen pictures of him in magazine�s and newspapers. It was at first a silly infatuation but now that I feel I know him more, I have better yet fallen in love with him. But I know that he will never fall in love with me. He is engaged to his fianc�e, Gwen Hotchkiss. Who is the most wonderful woman I have ever met, besides my own mother, of course. I would never ever come between them. Because if Ethan and I were truly meant to be together, fate would make it happen. Sincerely, Theresa Fitzgerald� Pilar: (Her mother comes in) Theresa, your friend Whitney Russell just called. She said something about a Carnival. You�re supposed to go help her with that. Theresa: Okay. Mama. Tell Whit. That I�ll be there in a sec. (Martin Fitzgerald walks in and kisses Pilar) Martin: How is my beautiful wife, today? Pilar: (Laughing) Oh. Martin� shouldn�t you be at work. Martin: Uh-uh. Not today. I asked Mr. Crane for the day off. Pilar: And he said yes? Martin: Why yes, dear. Theresa: (Writing in her journal): My father never really disappeared. He�s always been here to support me and mama and Antonio and Migeul. I made up all of that stuff about the Cranes being involved with his disappearance, because I heard so many bad things about them throughout town, this made me wonder if Ethan would be a great husband for me. I made Ethan out to be Sam Bennett�s son. Because Sam Bennett is like a second father to me. Pilar: (As her father leaves): Theresa� what are you writing? Theresa: I�m writing in my fictional diary. Pilar: What is that? Theresa: Well. I figure that. Why should I just keep a boring old diary about my boring old life? When I0 can make up a bunch of exciting things all in this tiny little diary of mine. Pilar: Well. Don�t get too carried away. Theresa. You know how Antonio gets when he sees you doing something like this. (Pilar reads her diary) Theresa: Mama! Pilar: What did that say about Sheridan Crane? Theresa: Well. I read in the magazines. That Sheridan has never had a great love before. So I made up a fictional brother named Luis. They both fell in love. But the evil witch kept them apart. Pilar: Evil witch? What evil witch? Theresa: Tabitha Lenox. Pilar: You mean that sweet old lady that just died yesterday. Theresa: She died? Pilar: Yeah. She had cancer in her heart. Theresa: Oh. That�s so sad. Pilar: She was very lonely. Theresa: That�s why I had her create a doll using her magic powers. It came to life and he was her personal friend. His name was Timmy. I based him on Reese Durkee�s little brother. You know that cute little kid that always is teased by people for being short. Pilar: Oh. Timothy Durkee. I�ve seen him around town with his mother. (Whitney comes in) Whitney: Theresa! I called here like an hour ago. I thought you were going to help with the carnival. There�s going to be a lot of cute guys there. Theresa: Give me a minute, Whit! Pilar: Well. Theresa. I think that you have a great imagination and it can do wonders for this world. (Pilar leaves) Whitney: What is your mother talking about? Theresa: My fictional diary. Whitney: Oh. You�re still writing that crap? Theresa: It�s not crap. Whitney. I�m thinking about sending it to NBC and telling them that it will make a great soap opera. Whitney: (Laughing) Oh. Please. Do you really think that NBC will air some soap opera about Witches bringing dolls to life, evil taking over a small town called Harmony, a girl named Charity being sucked into hell by demons, a girl selling her sole to a witch named Hecuba, and you marrying your fianc�s ex-father. It�s too crazy, they won�t bye that! Theresa: Yes! Whitney. They will. If they don�t, I�ll just right a book and publish it. Whitney: You are too much, Theresa. So. Uh� tell me more about the characters and stuff. Theresa: I thought you weren�t interested. Whitney: Okay. Maybe just a little. Theresa: Oh. Whitney. You are hooked on it, aren�t you? Whitney: No. I�m not! Theresa: Okay. I�ll tell you about it. Well. My brother Miguel meets this girl named Charity. Whitney: But your brother is dating Kay Bennett right now. Theresa: I know. Well. When Charity and Miguel meet at the carnival they fall in love. But the evil witch can�t have them fall in love because Charity possesses secret powers that are only to be used for goodness. Kay Bennett tries everything to get Charity away from Miguel. She even sells her sole to a witch named Hecuba to win Miguel�s heart. Whitney: What about� Me? Theresa: I had you fall in love with a guy named Chad Harris� okay� Whitney: (Looking at the clock) Look Theresa. My mom is waiting outside. You�ll have to tell me the rest in the car. Let�s go� Theresa: Wait till I get to the part where I have Julian�s baby and get drunk and marry him. Then everyone in Harmony plots to kill him. Whitney: What? Come on, Theresa. (They get in the car) Theresa: Hi. Mrs. Russell. Eve: Hello Theresa. (Whitney�s little brother Simon is sitting in the front seat) Simon: Hello. Theresa. Theresa: Hi. Simon. Whitney: So what did you write about my mom? 10 minutes later they arrive at the Carnival Eve: (Theresa and Whitney get out) Now why would I have a baby with Julian? Theresa: It�s all in the plot! (She shuts the car door) Miguel: Hey, Theresa. Theresa: Hello. Miguel. How is Kay? Miguel: She�s doing well. TC: Are you girls going to do something or what? Theresa: Yes. Couch Russell. What do you want us to do? TC: Well. You can move those benches over there. Theresa: Ah� TC: Ah, what? Theresa: Well. It�s just that I�m kind of tired from writing and all. TC: (Laughing) Oh. You girls crack me up! Now get to work! We have a carnival to run! (TC leaves as Theresa turns around she sees Ethan and Gwen) Theresa: Look. There is the most popular couple in the world. Whitney: Aren�t they married? Theresa: No. Not yet. But I might be able to stop it from happening. Whitney: Don�t even think about it, Theresa. Theresa: I just might! (Theresa skips over to Ethan and Gwen) Whitney: I hope she is just kidding! Gwen: Oh. Hello. Theresa. How are you? Theresa: I�m fine� I just wanted to say congratulations on your marriage. Ethan: Thank you. Theresa: Oh. It�s nothing. Ethan: Hey. I was looking at your sketches. And I was wondering if you would like to help plan our wedding? Theresa: Why of course I would, Ethan. Later that night (Theresa is in her bedroom typing her story) Theresa: Hmm� first I need a name for it. (She picks up a magazine with Ethan and Gwen on the cover. It says �Gwen and Ethan, what are their passions?� Theresa: That�s it! I�ll call it Passions! (She first types the title and all of the characters; she begins with the first episode of Passions) �It is a nice day in the small town of Harmony, as Luis and his younger brother Miguel are driving in a jeep� In conclusion, Theresa helped plan Gwen and Ethan�s wedding. They both had 3 children and settled in Harmony. Until Gwen died shortly after her third pregnancy. Ethan went on with his life and met back up with Theresa in California were she began a new NBC daytime soap opera, called Passions. After a few rocky marriages Theresa knew that Ethan and she belonged together. They both married and had 1 child together. Unfortunately, Ethan was not really Sam Bennett�s son. He was a true Crane and loved being one. His aunt Sheridan met a mysterious man named Luis Martinez, a Latin American fisherman. They both met on the docks of Harmony. Pilar and Martin both died coincidently on the same day, Christmas Eve of 2010. There... all of our secrets have been revealed... and passions unlocked.
