Looks like two old rumors have been merged! SOD is reporting in its latest issue that Amanda Crane (Ethan's sister/cousin) will return to Harmony as will Gwen's brother (rumored to be named Jacab) and the two will fall in love!

Rumor has it that Tabitha will introduce Timmy as her nephew she modeled her Timmy doll after.

Rumor has it that the show has something special planned for one of the families on the show come December! Perhaps a missing relative will be returning home to Harmony?

An update on the rumor that the show is said to be casting the role of a character named Amanda. Rumor has it that she is actually a Crane cousin who returns to Harmony after the truth about Ethan is revealed.

There is an old rumor that still seems to be hanging on. Rumor has it that someone will be shot at Gwen and Ethan's wedding. I reported this rumor months ago, back in May, so I don't know if the show would actually go with this storyline or not considering how long the rumor has been around. Another old rumor still floating around is that either Theresa or Gwen will be pregnant by the end of the year.

I thought I'd address this because I have received a few emails about it and it is making its way around soapboards. A week ago the Canadian TV Guide printed a rumor that Josh Ryan Evans (Timmy) hadn't been showing up for work on the set that week, and the show was considering replacing him. The week this article was printed is when Timmy was in doll mode for a few days, and this has only fueled this rumor even more. Now word is spreading around the net that Josh wants off the show. First, there is about a 3 week delay between the filming of an episode and when it actually airs, so if he hadn't shown up for work one week, it wouldn't be seen on air for a few weeks. Second, Josh was at the fanclub luncheon the week before this article was printed, and was in good spirits, so if there was any truth to these rumors one would think he wouldn't have shown for the event or it would have shown in his attitude at the event, which it didn't. If an official announcement is ever made by NBC I will pass it on, but until then this is just another rumor.

This is more gossip than rumor, my apologies for spelling the stars' names wrong, the issue has sort of vanished, my brother did something with it! When I find it I'll check the spellings! The latest Rolling Stone has an article about Passions in it and how it has caught on with several stars. Sarah Michelle Gellar and the rest of the crew from Buffy often have MarTimmy parties when they finish shooting on Fridays. Jennifer Love Hewitt is a huge Passions fan and has been dropping by the studio to watch tapings while on break from shooting a movie at the same studio. And Shaquil O'Neal is a huge fan and had flowers sent to someone on the cast!

Dominique Jennings and Susan Ward are no longer listed as appearing on Passions at www.imdc.com . . . . . Also, many people have told me that Susan has said numerous times in chats that she is not joining Passions, and has a new series pilot to air this fall.
There is apparently a "press release" being spread around stating that one Samantha McCloskey has been cast as the new Kay and is set to replace Gina Marie May in September, who temporarily replaced Taylor Anne Mountz. I don't have any information on it or this person at all at this moment. I have yet to see this press release on the wires, so I'm not sure about this one, could be a hoax!

www.imdb.com (The Internet Movie Database) is actually listing Susan Ward (ex-Meg on Sunset Beach) as playing Joanna Bennett on Passions, and Dominique Jennings (ex-Virginia SB) as playing an unknown character! Hmmmm, could this be where the rumors that they are joining the show started? Or is there just a major Passions/SB fan working at the imdb?

Next week's TV Guide "Soaps" article by Michael Logan mentions a rumor that was going around that NBC was interested in having Reilly, the creator and writer for Passions, once again write Days, as well as Passions. Reilly wrote for Days years ago and is best known for burying Carly alive and having Marlena become possessed by the devil.
Rumor has that either Ivy, Gwen, Sheridan, or Theresa will get extremely injured at Ethan and Gwen's wedding. Ivy or Gwen gets mistaken for Sheridan, or Sheridan finally just comes face to face with disaster at the hands of Roger. Theresa might be caught in the crossfire as well.
Rumor has it that the show is auditioning actors in their thirties to play a 35-yr-old Antonio Lopez Fitzgerald, and also looking at teens to possibly play the recurring role of Paloma Lopez Fitzgerald.
Another rumor has it that the show is looking at males between 18-22 to play both Noah Bennett and Ethan's younger brother. The rumor is that Ivy tells everyone that Ethan is Sam's son, and Julian brings his younger son home to step into the shoes of the Crane heir. His teenage sisters are also on the drawing board. When Ivy outs Ethan, he breaks up with Gwen, but she works hard to convince him that she loves him no matter what. Theresa will start looking at the younger Crane.
Neither Eve nor Julian is Chad's parent, but one of Harmony's favorite citizens is a parent.
Two Harmony characters will die in late spring, early summer, and Grace will find out that her sister, Faith, isn't really dead after all. Once Again rumors are buzzing about Michael Swan (Ex-Myles, B&B) taking the role of Martin Fitzgerald. He has been spotted in the passions studios and has been spotted there for weeks now.
A Mystery Duo? Mark Valley (Ex-Jack, Days Of Our Lives) and Nick Kokokatis (Ex-Brad, As The World Turns) have been tapped for contract roles playing big time business monguls who give the Cranes a run for their money. Word has it that one character will have family ties to the Cranes and the other to the Bennetts.
A Casting Call has gone out for the role of Noah Bennett.
Forget about Alistair, he won't be coming for a while, but with the additions of the business moguls he is not far behind.
From a Passions discussion board: Ivy's biggest secret is revealed and destroys her relationship with Ethan. Theresa inadvertantly causes Gwen's death at Ethan and Gwen's wedding. (Personally, I think this is just wishful thinking) Whitney and Chad get hot and heavy, and Kay encourages Simone to make Whitney pay dearily. At the prom, one of the teens dies and it's Kay's fault. Tabitha discovers a way for Kay to inherit her powers and to get over to the dark side (shouldn't be difficult). Luis and Sheridan make love. Hank teams up with Alistair and Julian. On the one-year anniversary of the show, the murder Tabitha predicted occurs setting off a chain of events that will propel an action-packed second year for Passions.
When T.C. tracks down Eve's relatives, they tell him the truth about Eve's past.
When Sheridan and Luis finally get together, new information about Martin will surface (this seems to be a given). Then supposedly Alistair will die, and Luis will be blamed, causing more trouble for the couple. It could happen!
Rumor has it that Ethan will pull a Ross at his wedding to Gwen -- a Ross Gellar, that is. Supposedly he'll say Theresa's name during his vows by mistake, leaving Gwen to decide whether she can still marry him after this latest humiliation. This idea is actually not that far-fetched. After all, it wouldn't be the first time Ethan whispered Theresa's name during a tender moment with Gwen.
One of the soap magazines (I forget which) reports that Gwen's parents may make an appearance at this summer's wedding festivities. I should hope so, considering how long they've been planning for the event! Since it's a long way off there's no word yet on any casting plans, but rumor has it that Susan Lucci is being considered for a cameo as Mrs. Hotchkiss. Since she is Liza Huber's (Gwen) real-life mom that would be almost as cute as Tabitha's references to Pollyanna (starring her sister Hayley Mills) and Nanny and the Professor (starring Juliet Mills herself as Nanny).
