Theresa is convinced Ethan is affected by knowing he and Theresa knew each other as kids. She fantasizes about Ethan leaving Gwen at the altar for her. Based on the picture of them as children, Theresa believes Ethan had feelings for her back then, too. Meanwhile, Gwen is amused by Theresa's crush on Ethan as a young girl. However, Rebecca insists Theresa continues to have feelings for her daughter's fianc�e. Rebecca puts Ethan on the spot by asking him straight out if Theresa is in love with him. Gwen assures her mother Theresa is not a threat and has been a good friend. Rebecca is apoplectic when she learns Gwen has asked Theresa to be her maid of honor. A guilty Ethan reiterates his love for Gwen after thinking about Theresa. Ethan makes a decision about his situation and heads out into the night. After Whitney leaves, Chad collapses on the wharf. Later, Kay and Simone stumble upon an unconscious Chad, who is bleeding profusely. The girls try to take Chad to the hospital, but Chad regains consciousness and refuses to go because he doesn't have enough money. Kay and Simone decide to take Chad to Simone's house. Les tells Hank he only has to set Sheridan up so Les can kill her. With no other options, Hank reluctantly agrees to get Sheridan to the wharf. Meanwhile, dancing leads to a passionate kiss between Luis and Sheridan. The two react awkwardly when they break from the kiss. Luis decides he can't protect Sheridan if he's distracted by dancing lessons. Sheridan is disappointed. She's later upset when Luis refuses to let her leave the safety of the cottage. Hank stops by and offers to watch Sheridan. |
