| Welcome to Harmony, a picturesque New England town that hides its secrets and mysteries behind church steeples, picket fences, and manicured lawns. However, beyond the facade of this charming harbor town, the lives and loves of four core families are constantly bursting with all kinds of passion! On the hill above town resides the wealthy and powerful Crane family. Julian Crane inhabits the lavish estate with his wife, Ivy and their handsome son, Ethan - at least thats what he thought. Julian recently found out Ethan's true father - Sam Bennett. Ivy had an affair with him years ago on Ivy and Julian's wedding night. Julian is a ruthless patriarch who will do anything to get what he wants. Ivy tries to ignore his shameless philandering and focus her attention on Ethan, but it has gotten harder since Julian filed for divorce and is engaged to Rebecca Hotchkiss. Ethan was engaged to Gwen Hotchkiss, a rich girl he has known all his life, but recently discovered feelings for Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald, the "housekeepers daughter" and proposed to her instead. Julian's beautiful sister, Sheridan, lives in the cottage on the estate. Sheridan has a dark secret in her past which has been haunting her since she was a little girl. This secret has prevented her from finding true love, but that is changing now that she is in love with Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. Pilar Lopez-Fitzgerald is Ivy Crane's housekeeper and confidante. Her daughter, Theresa, has loved Ethan since she was a little girl. However, her crush turned into reality when she and Ethan began spending a lot of time together - and Ethan started developing feelings for her. Theresa's brother, Luis, has worked as a cop to support his family since his father disappeared many years ago. Luis has always hated the Cranes who he blames for his father's disappearance. But Luis's feelings have recently become a little more complicated since he has fallen hard for Sheridan Crane. Whitney Russell, the eldest daughter of Eve and T.C. Russell, is Theresa's best friend. Whitney is in training to be a tennis champion. At times it seems as if her father is a little too passionate about Whitney's tennis career as he tries to live a vicarious Olympic dream through Whitney. TC's dream of becoming a tennis champion was cut short by a mysterious injury, for which he blames Julian Crane. TC is destined to hate Julian more when he finds out that his seemingly perfect wife once had an affair with Julian. Whitney's younger sister, Simone, has had a major crush on street kid Chad Harris since he came to town. Chad only thinks of Simone as a friend, but he has deep feelings for Whitney. Whitney is trying to deny her feelings for Chad, but she can only do that for so long! Sam Bennett, who grew up in Harmony, is the town's Chief of Police. Sam is the devoted father of Kay, Noah, and Jessica. Sam's wife, Grace, is the perfect wife and mother. The Bennetts appear to be a typical middle class family, but Grace's life is anything but typical. After Sam rescued her from a fire 20 years ago, she was unable to remember the first 20 years of her life. She finally learned that she had a twin sister, Faith, but Faith died in a fire Tabitha set before the two could be reunited. Faith's daughter, Charity, now lives with the Bennetts, much to Kay's chagrin. Kay can't stand the fact that her cousin has stolen the heart of Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald, who Kay is in love with. Kay is constantly plotting to break the young couple up. The Bennetts live next door to Tabitha. Everyone in town believes Tabitha is a harmless, eccentric old woman, but in reality, she is a witch who has been around for over 300 years. Tabitha's sidekick is Timmy, a doll she sewed up and brought to life. Tabitha is constantly plotting against the people of Harmony. Her ultimate goal is to bring Charity, who has powers of good, over to the "dark side" so Tabitha's full powers can be restored. Of course, Tabitha is always embroiling Timmy in her wild plots! One thing is for sure-in Harmony, passions always has a price! |
