| The Price of Fame |
| We'd give anything to have something better we grow up wanting something more. Then we think we find the one thing that will give it to us. Fame! Fame will give us the means so we can have what we think we want, but will it? We put ourselves out there, show you our talent. We put our souls in our work and hope for the best. We say "Now they're going to love us." But do you say it? No, you find the things you don't like. "I don't like your hair, your clothes are wrong!" The one you should have no say in is, "Why are you seeing that person?" The price of fame to be ruled by the people. So do we stay ruled? Yes, it's too late to back off now, we're already in the fame game. But now we know what we really wanted. To be loved, understood, and accepted for who we turly are! |
