There are several ways to organize your local UMM Fellowship. Listed below are some ideas on this.

MINIMUM FUNCTIONS
For small units ( up to 8 or 10 members), elect two or more men to carry out the duties of administration, finance, program, record keeping, and nominations.

BASIC
For larger units, elect a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Program Chairman.

EXPANDED
Same as the above Basic structure plus a Nominating Committee Chairman, a Publicity Chairman, and a Membership Chairman.
