1) To generate a sense of enthusiasm, inspiration and hope for the mission of the church and the role of men in that mission,
2) To deepen the spiritual life of men by the development of a fellowship of consent, concern, and cooperation, through motivation, study, worship, commitment, dedication and participation,
3) To encourage creative thinking about the direction of the church as laymen see it, how the church can and should carry out its functions, what each man can do as an individual, and how this can be done in a spirit of teamwork.
