Nicholas was a day laborer in 1860.

83 viii. Nicholas Tillman III was born NJ 1 March 1840.⁽⁵⁹⁾ He died 8 May 1930: at 90 years of age. He was buried : at Walpack Center Methodist cem Walpack Twp, Sussex Co, NJ.⁽⁶⁰⁾ He married Lydia C.
