I have been unable to locate James and Martha on a census after 1870. I do not know when they left Graves Co., but it was after 1877. This is a rough draft of the James M. and Martha Jane MOORE COOK descendants. James and Martha died within 3 days of each other. The story goes that their youngest son, my grandfather, hopped a freight train and came back to Graves Co. I just have hit such a brick wall as to the parents of both James and Martha.
[email protected] Mamie Tate - I believe these you have on your census page are a part of another family of mine. Nathaniel/Natt Cook and wife Malinda Gore. But boy are those ages all messed up. As far as I have been able to tell Malinda Gore should have been born about 1834. I have a Graves County court record which indicates that they are living in Marshall Co.,Ky. in the year 1902. So your Marshall Co.,info matches up to mine. I do not know anything about Natts people, sorry.
