                  Corporate Training Focuses On
                             Cultural Competency

Tampa, Florida (October 12, 2004) -  The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) and The Pascall Company are pleased to present a series of training seminars and workshops designed to assist organizations of all sizes in establishing and improving their diversity training and recruitment programs. The second program in the series,
�Cultural Competency - Beyond Political Correctness�, is scheduled for Friday, November 5, 2004 from 9:00am - 2:00pm at The Centre Club, 123 South Westshore Blvd., 8th Flr., Tampa, FL.

�The Corporate Diversity Training Series is designed for business professionals and managers.  Each program in the series deals with relevant issues they face managing organizational changes in the area of diversity,� said Margarita Sarmiento, Director of Corporate Initiatives, NCCJ Tampa Bay. �This series explores solutions for these challenges�.

�We believe this type of training is not only timely, but a necessity for many organizations,� said Teddy Pierre, President of The Pascall Company, �As more and more companies begin to address diversity within their organizations, many are seeking help and direction on how and where to start.  The Corporate Diversity Training Series is a tremendous resource for them.�
