Description |
The examination system has two sub-systems (i)
Annual Examination System for Medical Students (ii)
Semester Examination System for Engineering Students, the
Academics System basically deals with the academics meetings
and their decisions.
The Examination systems are integrated with the other
computerized systems i,e Registration Management System,
Finance Management System. The Examination System is capable
of holding data of large number of students and provides
comprehensive reports i,e selected students for the abroad
studies, Result Sheets, courses,semesters, subjects listings
etc.
System also caters for the relegated & withdrawl students
and having proper procedure for their future.

Short Description |
(i) The Production Planning deals with all
activities begin when a product arrives in the organization
and repaired or overhauled and sent back after testing. The
system also manage resources(men & machines).it
requires alot of space to describe the details about this
system.
(ii) The PMEL deals with the Equipments /
Instruments (PME's/PMI's) from the out side agencies and for
the local organizations relevant to MRF, PAC, PAF. Information
about the client and equipment / instrument, repairs (if
done), charges, and schedule for next maintenance.

(iii) The Quality Assurance system consist of (i) Personnel
Information (ii) Inspections Information (iii) Audits
Information. System provides schedule for the inspections and
areas, due & overdue, cancel, deffered inspections on online
inquiry screens and on reports. |

(iv)
The TODO is basically performs as a post office and this
system trakcs all the below mention activities :--- when manuals
arrives from the relevent agencies/organizations this system
checks, which department requires which kind of manual, if that
department already has the particular one then the old version
taken back and new one sent to them. Manuals, manuals are also
provided on request to the departments. |
