What does a Gestapo do? It TORTURES. And it MURDERS the innocent, or if you want to mince words, it applies capital punishment to the innocent. In the post Cold War era, Paul Martin, scion of a billionaire shipping family served as finance minister of Canada and was one of those who declared:
During Canada's Election 2004, Peter Mansbridge of CBC mockingly asked Jack Layton, MP if he
(Layton) was saying that Martin had "personally" killed innocent poor people in Canada. OF COURSE HE HAS, as surely as if he had taken a gun and shot them. Martin's gestapos, under provincial administration and national-level oversight, torturously threaten the lives of the innocent poor across desks. These are person-to-person sessions which put torture and murder on the agenda. Person-to-person orders from the highest level of government (ie PMO) tell the front-line gestapo thugs what to do through national co-ordination.
If $1,000,000 from a human resource ministry budget were to go unaccounted for, there would be an outcry. Nobody in government or CBC seems concerned that 1,000,000 poor Canadians in the post Cold War era are unaccounted for. Requests for honest human resource auditing go unheeded.
Meanwhile, government propagandistic schlock about "welfare reform success" is issued ad nauseam.
If a financial audit of a government ministry were to locate only the easy-to-find 1/3 of funds, and then then say:THE OTHER 2/3 ARE ACCOUNTED FOR THE SAME WAY, what would we conclude?
Incompetence? Criminal deception? Probably the latter. Why then does government keep saying the missing million from welfare rolls are success stories who are earning higher incomes? If they have that proof, where is it?
How many are killed more directly? Until a competent audit or investigation is done we won't know.
Early in Sept/04, CBC TV's "Passionate Eye" presented a one hour program on the 1997 death of Princess Diana. They asked the questions which would cause us to think that government officials at the highest levels engineered her death. Putting it bluntly, we are led to believe that they murdered her. If government officials in western democracies have the mendacity to murder
a princess for political reasons, why would they not engineer the murder of at least some of the "useless eaters" on the lowest rungs of the social ladder? Why isn't CBC asking these questions?
THREE BIG LIES

No reputable counselling, therapy or rehabilitation school in North America puts torture and murder on the table during programming sessions. Organizations which do that are correctly called GESTAPOS.
(II) What "human resources" departments and ministries are doing in BC and elsewhere is NOT INTENDED TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY (or add to GNP or curb 'laziness' or any related productivity issue). Why? Because these agencies never ask what the current productivity of their client-victims is, eg volunteer contributions. What businessman takes over a business and strives to increase its future productivity without having an interest in its present productivity? Productivity-related statements from the new gestapos are a bugaboo.
(III) What they are doing is NOT INTENDED TO INCREASE SELF-SUFFICIENCY (or self-reliance etc.). Hundreds of thousands of civil servants across Canada receive taxpayers' money to do thousands of jobs, many of which constitute the same kind of work done by welfare recipient volunteers. Again, statements and press releases etc. along these lines constitute another bugaboo.
MOTIVATION? Coercion, control of the underclass by the upper class, sadism and scapegoating of a defenseless minority .....
