Do not move the machine. It weighs 175 lbs.
The On/Off switch is located below the front sign. There are 3 positions: On, Off, and Clean. Be sure you put it in the on position. If on "Clean" it will appear to be running but will not freeze.
Freeze times vary, but usually drinks will be ready in about 45 minutes.
Only use the extension cord provided, and do not use multiple extension cords. This unit pulls a lot of current, and using too long or too small of a cord can damage the unit.
For best results, keep the top fill tank as full a possible. As the top tank gets low, drinks will generally get thicker, and take longer to dispense.
Do not use more water than recommended below. Extra water causes unusual freezing in the barrel and will make a lot of noise, and possibly damage the unit.
When done, simply turn the machine off. We will clean it up. Before turning it off, feel free to drain the machine of left over drink mix to keep for yourself.
