How much does it cost to rent a machine?
Rental price is $85 per event. Drink mixes for the machine are $15 each.
How many drinks does each mix make?
About 5 gallons of product, which is about 45, 12 ounce drinks.
Do you provide the alcohol for the mix?
No. We will provide the flavored mix, but you will need to supply the alcohol. See the mixing instructions for amount of alcohol required.
Can I pick up the machine myself?
No. Our machines are heavy-duty models and are very difficult to handle. We will deliver and setup the machine at your party, and pickup when you're done.
What time do you deliver?
We will work out a time that is best for you for delivery and pickup. For pickup we can return right after your party, or sometimes we'll return the next day, whatever works best for you.
Can the machine be placed outside?
Yes. We only use the heavy duty machines for that reason. Shade is required though. Freeze times will increase when outside though.
How long does it take to freeze?
In moderate temperatures or indoors, 30-40 minutes is common. In hot temperatures, it's best to start it at least 1.5 hours before your party.
Do I have to put ice in the machine?
No, the machines are not adding ice to a drink. They actually freeze the drink mix. You will pour your batch into the machine and it does all the work.
What kind of electrical connection do I need for the machine?
A minimum of a 15 amp circuit. Don't run anything else on this circuit. The machines pull a lot of power. Incorrect extension cords can damage the machines also. We will provide the appropriate cord if needed.
Where can I sit the machine?
We will provide it on a cart. We suggest you leave it on the cart because the machine is heavy. No need to risk damaging your table.

Can we use the machine to make slushes for kids parties?
Absolutely. Many of the flavors are great with and without alcohol. Many of our rentals are for kids parties.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a machine?
As soon as you can! Typically 2 weeks is plenty of time, but some people book several months ahead. Reserve yours early to make sure you get one before someone else.
How do I reserve a machine?
Call us for a date. We will then ask you to send a check to hold the rental for you. Your check will hold the date for you.
