Frank is 42 years old and happened upon "clowning" by accident at a Halloween party one night His dancing and clowning caught the attention of the children and soon everyone was having a great time.
Frank enjoys children and is close with his family, he has completed course work and certification in adopting children with handicaps. He enjoys making people and children laugh and dance and sing as a clown and as a person.
