Water is the most aboundant resource on this planet. When it evaporates it creates "clouds". These clouds are actually ice molecules in our upper atmosphere that collide with each other. The more ice you have the darker the cloud. Using laws of physics this gray is actually absorbed energy from solar light. This melts, some times, the ice and creates rain. Ain't that amazing?
