| Marie's horse is spooked by a snake, a Blackfoot brave comes to her rescue. She runs away from |
| him, he catches her horse. The marshal comes along and recognizes Marie's horse. |

| "Where's the woman?!" |
| He arrests the brave and returns to town. |

| Willie tells Marie: "Marshal Craddock has a surprise for you." |
![]() |
| Marie is pleased that Jack has found her horse and |
| medical bag. But gets angry when she sees the indian |
| has been locked up. |

| "He saved my life Jack, let him go." |
| "That ain't no ordinary man, that's a Blackfoot warrior |
| and he's plenty dangerous". |
| "Noncense, he's no more dangerous than you are Jack!" |
| Against his better judgement, Jack releases the warrior. |

| Marie is teaching Willie to dance. |
| White Feather brings a gift to the medicine |
| woman. |
| She asks Willie to put it on her porch. Willie decides to tell the marshal that Marie is in trouble. |

| Jack walks into the store whistling, takes an apple |
| from the basket, walks past Marie and White Feather, |
| takes shells from the shelf, and places them on the |
| counter between Marie and the Blackfoot. |

| "You need any help here Marie?" |
| "No, White Feather brought me a gift, now he is leaving." |

| "Suit yerself." |

| The Blackfoot comes back and asks Marie to teach him |
| to dance like the boy. |
| Marie struggles to get away, when he tells her she will be his wife. |

| Clive walks in, "Get your hands off her! |
