| Jack asks Marie to back the loan, he needs $1500. |
| She says she is sorry but she can't risk loosing |
| her store or her home. |
| Jane and William decide it's time to "get him." |
| They call Jack out. "It's time marshal!" |
| Clive tells Jack this isn't the way to solve anything. |
| "I'm just gonna teach 'em a lesson." |
| Jack asks William if he'd like to go hide so he can try to shoot him in the back again. |
| The boy draws his gun, Jack shoots it from his hand. |
| says, "It's up to you now girl." |
| Jack turns his gun to Jane and fires it, hitting the objects behind her. Dropping his gun he |
| He turns his back to her and walks away, she raises her rifle and points it, she starts to cry and |
| drops the gun. Jack hugs her and says he's sorry. |
| Marie has a change of heart and decides to back the loan for Jack. |
| She tells Wendell her store is worth $4000, he says he will give her $2000 at 5% interest. |
| "But the interest in Helena is 4%." |
| Jack is concerned...suddenly Wendell jumps up and says "We have a deal, 4%!" |
| Marie tells Jane and William that they have the $1500 to pay their debts. They are grateful. |
| Jack watches from a distance. Marie tells Jane she should be thanking the marshal. |
| "He was my Pa marshal." |
| "I understand Jane." |
| "Now go home and do yer Pa proud." |
| Jane approaches Craddock. |
| Jack leaves with a heavy heart. |
| Jack tells Marie she'd make a great poker player. |
| Wendell says nothing. |
| Turning to leave, Marie tells Jack, "We'll go to Helena." |
