| Jack leaves to do his rounds, Darcy & Patrick go to the detachment and lock Hanks in a cell. He |
| tells them the Colonel has the key for the cell with the strongbox in it. They decide to blow up the |
| lock. Just as Clive returns from having tea with the Colonel, the building explodes. |
| Clive is thrown into the street. |
| Marie tends his wounds. |
| "You all right mountie?" |
| "Can you ride Clive?" |
| In the confusion, Patrick, Darcy & Kathleen kidnap Colonel Forsythe (along with stealing the |
| strongbox). Henry Hanks is in the jail (unharmed) yelling for someone to let him out. |
| Jack kills Patrick, Clive kills Darcy, Liam is slightly wounded. |
| Liam promises to return his niece to Ireland if the Colonel will agree not to press charges. |
| The Colonel wants Kathleen arrested for attempting to steal his money. |
| Jack: "You ain't gonna press charges against her now are ya?" |
| Colonel forsythe: "The law is the law, and the woman is a thief!" |
| "Ain't you forgettin' somethin' there Colonel?" |
| "Are you arresting her or not? She stole my money" |
| Forsythe: |
| "Your money?" |
| Colonel Forsythe decides to drop it. |
| Later, back in town: |
| "Rocks, it's full of rocks! Those scoundrels did steal |
| my money!" |
| "Clive, that man Hanks asked me to give you this note." |
| It appears the loveable Henry Hanks has taken the money and plans to return it to it's rightful |
| owners. |
| Forsythe insists that corporal Bennett go after him. Clive |
| refuses. "As far as I'm concerned YOU'RE the criminal." |
| Forsythe turns to the marshal. |
| "It ain't my jurisdiction." |
