| The boys return to Bordertown where Jack finds Boone in the saloon (still selling his wares). |
| "I didn't leave town sheriff.... just like you said!" |
| "How much you want fer this Boone?" |
| Boone tells him $10. |
| "I took ya there sheriff, it were only worth half that much." |
| "Boone, you ain't got the slightest idea what it's worth." |
| As he leaves the saloon Jack finds Willie sitting on the porch. |
| "Hey Willie, I lost my head son, I'm apologizin'." |
| "You done the right thing marshal." |
| "No, the right thing woulda been never findin' out." |
| "The Jordan's mare gave birth a couple a days ago, wanna go take a look?" |
| "Indeed I do Willie." |
| Uncomfortable at expressing his feelings |
| Jack hesitates, then replies, "It's mutual." |
| Jack asks, holding up the gunbelt. |
| "Sold." Jack passes him the money. |
| no legacy..no wife...no kids..nothin'... |
| With a smile Willie adds: |
| The episode ends with the marshal and Willie walking towards the livery stable. |
