| Buffalo Girl |
| Halfbreed Gabriel Couteau is hired by two hunters to track & kill buffalo for a contest they are in. |
| Activist Alberta McAllister has been harrassing them, making it impossible for them to get a kill. |
| Couteau and the two men set up camp, Alberta trys to steal their horses but is shot and |
| captured by Couteau...who takes her to Bordertown. |
| Can't you see that's a woman yer leadin' down the street like an animal? I oughtta knock |
| "She's a horse thief marshal." |
| Couteau tells Craddock he doesn't want to press |
| (Marie takes the woman to her office to tend her wound). |
| charges,"Just keep her here for a few days, these |
| men will kill her I think." |
| Alberta asks the marshal if he will hear her |
| side of the story before he hangs her. |
| "Well miss, my years of experience have taught me that it's a far sight easier ta get an |
| Later Jack stops by to check on her, Marie informs him the woman has gone. He rushes to the |
| Livery Stable and finds her stealing a horse. |
| Jack struggles with Alberta and she grabs his gun, points it at him and tells him to get out of her |
| way. "If you aren't going to stop them from killing those buffalo I will!" |
| "They ain't breakin' the law." |
| "If ya can't abide shootin' a buffalo, ya ain't gonna shoot me." |
| Alberta passes Jack his gun, as he reaches for it she kicks his shins and beats him over the head. |
| Alberta rides off, Maries finds Jack lying on the floor. |
| "You're right marshal, I hate logic." |
| "She is a very determined woman Jack." |
| "Yah, determined to hurt me." |
| Marie helps Jack onto his horse, he rides off in search of the buffalo girl. |
