The Best Encoding for this website is Unicode (UTF-8) or Western European (Windows) If you don't know how to change your screen encoding, follow the instructions.
(1) Right click on the blank part of the screen, avoiding any link or pictures
(2) Take your browser to the encoding part
(3) Then either click on Auto Select or click on more
(4) From the menu bar, select Unicode (UTF-8) or Western European (Windows)
NOTE: Make sure that you have selected right to left view for your document.
