THE ROSE CROSS RITUAL

The first part of the Rose Cross Ritual creates an
impenetrable sphere of spiritual and material protection.

THE RITUAL OF THE ROSE CROSS

1. Light a stick of incense. You will use it as a Wand. (Wood scents are better than flowery ones. Sandalwood or frankincense and myrrh or cedar are all excellent.) If incense is unavailable or impractical in the situation, simply project energy out thru the ends of your fingers, thumb and first two fingers together and pointing, last two fingers either curled under or extended with the others -- whatever feels best to you.

2. Stand in the center of the room facing East and take a few deep breaths, filling yourself to overflowing with Rose-Pink Light. Keep your knees bent, your back straight and your head up. Perform the Qabalistic Cross.

3. Turn 45 degrees clockwise to face the Southeast.

4. You will be chanting the Divine Name "YE-HE-SHU-WAH" (from the Hebrew Letters: YOD HEH SHIN VAV HEH) while projecting Crosses and Circles as described below (and as illustrated on the cover).

Ideally, the chanting should be louder than your normal speaking voice and dramatically forceful, but when circumstances require quiet it can be done in a whisper or even mentally.

Projecting involves feeling energy flowing into you from above as a kind of liquid Light, filling you and then, at your command, flowing down your right arm and out thru your hand and wand. Visualize the light taking the forms you shape with your extended hand. Visualize all these projections as being made of the pleasant, healing Rose-Pink Light which flows out from you, so that nothing remains within the resulting Sphere except you and the healing Light.

5. With the Incense/Wand in your right hand, slowly and forcefully project (draw) a large Calvary Cross in the Southeast with its Center at about eye level. While projecting the upright from top down chant "YEH." While projecting the crosspiece from left to right chant "HEH."

6. Project a Circle whose Center is the Center of the Cross and whose width is slightly less than the length of the crosspiece. While creating the Circle chant "SHU."

7. Charge the Cross and Circle by thrusting the Incense into the Center while chanting "WAH." This will make the figure burn with a more intense light.

8. Turn 90 degrees clockwise to face Southwest, projecting a boundary line connecting the center of the Cross you have just created with the center of the Cross you are about to create and repeat steps 5 thru 7.

9. Turn 90 degrees clockwise to face Northwest, projecting the boundary line and repeat steps 5 thru 7.

10. Turn 90 degrees clockwise to face Northeast, projecting the boundary line and repeat steps 5 thru 7.

11. Turn 90 degrees to face Southeast and silently thrust the Wand into the Center of the first Cross, perceiving it still hanging there. You are now surrounded by four Circled Crosses whose Centers are connected by a line of Rose Flame.

12. Project a boundary line in an arc from the Southeast to directly above, simultaneously turning to the Southwest. Project the Cross and Circle directly overhead while chanting YEHESHUAH as before. The upright runs from behind to in front of you with the crosspiece running left to right, the Center above you.

13. Project a boundary line in an arc from overhead to the Northwest while turning to face Northwest. Charge the Cross in the Northwest with a thrust of the Wand.

14. Project an arc from the Northwest to directly underneath while turning to face Northeast. Project the Cross straight down, chanting as before. The upright starts in front of you and ends behind, the crosspiece runs left to right, the Center is below you.

15. Project an arc from below to the Southeast while turning to the Southeast. Charge the Cross in the Southeast.

16. Reaffirm the Southern arc while turning to the Southwest.

17. Project an arc from Southwest to overhead while turning to the Northwest. Project the Cross and Circle while chanting YEHESHUAH.

18. Project an arc from overhead to Northeast while turning Northeast. Charge the Cross.

19. Project an arc from Northeast to below while turning Southeast. Cross and Chant.

20. Project an arc from below to Southwest while turning Southwest. Charge the Cross.

21. Reaffirm the Western arc while turning Northwest. Charge the Cross.

22. Reaffirm the Northern arc while turning Northeast. Charge the Cross.

23. Reaffirm the Eastern arc while turning Southeast. Here, recreate the Cross larger, chanting YE on the downstroke, HEH on the cross and SHU-AH while projecting the bottom half of a larger Circle. While projecting the top half of the Circle, chant YE-HO-VEH-SHAH (YOD HEH VAV SHIN HEH). This seals the Sphere.

24. Turn clockwise to face East. Visualize the Sphere of Rose hued, healing Light that you have created around you, with yourself at the Center. Feel its power to provide perfect protection, peace and healing. Fill the Sphere with pure healing Light. Breath deeply and feel yourself peaceful, whole and holy, at One with the Universe and with the Divine.

25. Close with the Qabalistic Cross. If you go to sleep or sit down to meditate after doing the Rose Cross Ritual, take a few deep breaths and reaffirm the Sphere with you resting in the center, weightless, peaceful, balanced, pure.

26. Do it every day.

27. Eventually, you will be able to visualize the Sphere without going thru the whole process. Tho you should continue to do the Ritual daily, you are now able to protect yourself by simply feeling yourself within the Sphere.

One way to activate the Sphere quickly (to settle down under stress or to still your mind or...), is to close your eyes, take a deep breath and, while exhaling, either chant or think "YEHESHUAH, YEHOVESHAH" while sensing the Sphere around you.

The Cross used in this ritual is not the cross of any particular religion. Though Joshua and Asir (whom the Greeks called Jesus and Osiris) and Odin, among many others, were all crucified, the underlying meaning is not attached to a religious establishment or dogma. It is, instead, a purely Spiritual Symbol.

The Cross represents the Four Elements of Alchemy: Fire, Water, Air and Earth. Together they are the Cross of the Material World. The Circle shows that they are unified and exalted by the infusion of the Fifth Element, Spirit.

The Name Yeheshuah is a restatement of this image. The Letters YOD, HEH, VAV and HEH-final are assigned the Elements Fire, Water, Air and Earth respectively. These are animated and balanced by the Letter SHIN, assigned to Spirit, at their center.
