This Ritual was designed to be performed within a Neophyte Hall in the Golden Dawn system. In other systems, open and close with whatever formal procedure you ordinarily use when working magic.
The two most important officers are the Hierophant who projects the Blessings "down" the Tree and the Phylax who receives and grounds them. Two people could perform the ritual with one taking Phylax and one all other roles, then trading places.
The Ritual can be performed solo � alternate between your higher self ("Holy Guardian Angel") for all upper Sephiroth and your lower self for Malkuth and Phylax.
Regardless of how many people perform the Ritual, it helps raise energy to visualize (or even paint) the pattern of the Sephiroth on the floor of the Temple and actually move to the Sphere you are invoking.

(When the Past Hierophant sits as Daath, her/his responsibility is to sit in meditation and mentally formulate and experience the Temple and the Flow of Energy within it. He/she has no lines.)

PHYLAX: In the Beginning was the Word, and the Word was With God, and the Word was God.
HIEROPHANT: (Knocks.) By the Power in me vested, as Adept and Hierophant, I command that The Tree of Life, ETZ HA- CHAYIM, be manifested and affirmed within, through and round about the Order, the Temple and the Members, under Grace, in perfect Ways, with Good for All concerned. To the Glory of the Ineffable Name, so mote it be. (Knocks.)
PHYLAX: By Words and Images are All Powers awakened and reawakened.
AIN: AIN, Thy Name is Nothing. Thou Art No Thing.

PHYLAX: The Kingdom of Spirit is Embodied in My Flesh.
HIEROPHANT: The Mystic Number of the Sephirah Malkuth is 55, the sum of the Numbers 1 thru 10 inclusive. The Sum of the Sephiroth, 55 reduces to 10 which further reduces to 1 � a Duality of Equals manifests Ten Spheres which resolve into Unity and are dissolved by It.
(Knocks.) The ETZ HA-CHAYIM is Established within the Temple and the Order.
PHYLAX: "Glory be to Thee, Creator of the Undying, for Thy Glory flows out rejoicing to the Ends of the Earth."
DADOUCHOS: (In regular station in the South facing North.) I am the Yod of Tetragrammaton. I am the White Pillar of Mercy manifest in this Temple as the Element of Fire.
STOLISTES: (In regular station in the North facing South.) I am the First Heh of Tetragrammaton. I am the Black Pillar of Severity manifest in this Temple as the Element of Water.
KERYX: (Between the Pillars facing West.) I am the Vav of Tetragrammaton. I am the Golden Middle Pillar of Equilibrium manifest in this Temple as the Element of Air.
PHYLAX: (West of Alter facing East.) I am the Final Heh of Tetragrammaton. I am the Material World manifest in this Temple as the Element of Earth.
HIEROPHANT: I am the Letter Shin which, when added to Tetragrammaton, symbolizes the Divine Light Which is the Life of All Things. I manifest in this Temple as the Fifth Element, the Quintessence.
PHYLAX: The Double Cubical Altar is an emblem of visible Nature or the Material Universe, concealing within Herself the Mysteries of All Dimensions, while revealing Her Surface to the exterior senses. It is a double cube because, as the Emerald Tablet of Hermes hath said: "The things which are below are as a reflection of the Things Which Are Above."
ALL OFFICERS: And ELOHIM said let us make Humanity in Our Image. VAY-YOMER ELOHIM NAASEH ADHAM BE-TZELMENU.
After all other Members, the OFFICERS take their turns in descending order. When only the Five with lines are left, the HIEREUS takes over for the PHYLAX, then returns to Throne of the West; the HEGEMON takes over for the other four Officers in ascending order. [Other sequences should be tried.] HIEROPHANT goes last, receives for OTHERS (all absent, the Order, Temple, etc)., then again for SELF. Hierophant returns to Throne, tells Officers to resume original places, Hegemon goes back between Pillars, etc., see end...)
(It is also appropriate to go thru the process below once, pouring these Blessings into the Spirit of the Temple, stationed in the center of the Temple, the place of Har-Par-Krat. Then everyone should sit in meditation, connect with the Spirit of the Temple and deeply inhale the Blessings, aware that sharing the Blessings increases Them.)

HIEROPHANT: Be seated, be happy and meditate upon the beautiful and bountiful energy we have Invoked into our lives today while chanting the Mantra: "I freely receive and joyfully accept the Blessings of the ETZ HA-CHAYIM and I celebrate them constantly."

AFFIRMATIONS:
I freely receive and joyfully accept these Wonderful Blessings in my body, mind, emotions, spirit, relationships and activities, now and evermore.

I am the beloved child of rich and generous Supernal Parents. Being Divine, they have all the vast resources of the Universe available to them and it is their great joy to transform these resources for my benefit. I am the prodigal son. I come home repentant. My parents prepare the fatted calf.
