My previous owners got into the dog breeding business and feared for my safety.They had me caged up day and night with locks on my cage.I was rescued by o0oparrotsdevotiono0o who is a great parrot lover and owner. I was neglected and I just feared human contact because of my neglect.I am not aggressive at all but will bite out of fear; not knowing which human to trust.I was just a scared little birdie.I came to my new home Aug 13/2001.My new owner is feeding me fruits right from her hand the 1st day and on the 3rd day I started to step up.Wow she won my trust fast! It only took 3 short sessions each day for about a weekend. (one on one in a separate room). She laid on the floor with me and just talked to me.She let me roam around, and closer i would come up to her.We have been getting to know each other ever since. We play all day in a well sun light room (sun comes in but not directly on us) and were on a great feeding diet.We also get to go to room to room with her and she plays with us most the day.
