A couple days later he goes in for the interview. Karen tells Rafeal that for him to be rehired he has to stop cussing, use cups to measure toppings, and have a better attitude than when he was fired. She also said there was one more problem. The problem was that she was so angrey at Rafeal when he was fired that she put no rehire on the termination slip. This means that The District manager, the vice president, and the President of Pizza Hut of Maryland has to approve of Rafeal being rehire.
Mike Brashiers the District Manager said to Karen that if she really wanted me back that he would sign off on it. Karen Hoursy the V.P signed off on it because she lives in Finksburg and knew that Karen the G.M. needed the help. HoweverThe President read the letter that Rafeal wrote and he did not want Rafeal working for him ever again. So Karen the G.M. went to his office and talked to him for an hour and a half to get Rafeal hired. This whole process took a week and a half, but by the end rafeal was rehired and is currently working at Pizza Hut in Finksburg, MD a $6.70 an hour where he left off and is in the process of getting a raise.
