Doctors at the Genetics and IVF Institute in Fairfax, Va. , have developed the technology to select the gender of a child before conception by sorting and separating male and female sperm. "We are currently achieving 90 percent success for girls and about 70 to 75 percent success for boys," explains Genetics and IVF Institute medical director Dr.
