So now we know several things:

• God is holy. God is perfect, there is no one in heaven, no one on earth like God.
• We are not, in fact we are far from holy. We have seen that we have broken God's laws.
• For breaking God's laws, we truly deserve eternal separation from God in HELL
• Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, paid the price that was on our heads. He died on a cross that we deserved to be on
• Jesus Christ was miraculously raised up from death three days later and lives forever.
• When we die we will all stand before Jesus Christ, only this time He is not a man, He is GOD and He is JUDGE over all of us and we will give an account for our own lives in that day.

On that last point, when the thread of life snaps and we are no longer on this earth, we will all stand at the judgment seat of Christ. To those of us who have died in their sins, who have not put their trust in the shed blood of Jesus, He will say "DEPART FROM ME" and the BIble says they will be cast off and suffer forever and ever. But to those that do put their trust in Jesus and what He has done on the cross, and make Him THEIR LORD, He will welcome into Heaven forever. It is as simple as that.

For those that choose not to accept Jesus, they will not be able to plead they didn't know when they stand before the judgment seat of Christ. He will say to them that there were opportunities to know the truth. There were people that warned them. There were churches. There was all of creation. There are websites, there are books, there are videos... there is so much evidence of Jesus - not just Him existing but Him being GOD.

If you're reading this now please do not waste any more time - if you didn't know before, you now know about sin, you know about Jesus and you know about His eventual judgment over all of the earth. With all urgency and passion we urge you to seek God today, (the Bible says that if we do genuinely seek Him He will be found). None of us know when we will die but we do know what awaits us, and for those that make Jesus Christ their Saviour and their Lord, He will welcome into His presence and into heaven forever.

Friend, God does love you and His will is that none would perish. As we said in the beginning, we all have a physical life. This physical life will have an end. What happens after we die depends on the choice we make here in this life. God has made the way for us to escape the punishment we otherwise deserve.

The Bible says that in order to be counted as one of His children, to be saved from our sin, and to able to enter into eternity with God, we need to acknowledge Jesus as Lord, and believe - trust, hope - in the work of Jesus (Romans 10:9): that He came to earth, lived, died and rose again to defeat sin. Going forth, God commands that we make Him the Lord of our lives and honour Him with our lives, turning our back on our sin.
