Reproduction involving one parent. Offspring are genetically identical to the parent.
Budding: growth and separation of a small part of the parent to form an offspring.
Regeneration: replacement or growth of missing parts.
Sexual Reproduction
Reproduction involving two parents.
Hermaphrodite: organism that has both male and female sex organs.
External fertilization: eggs and sperm unite outside the body of the parents.
Internal fertilization: eggs and sperm unite inside the body of one of the parents.
