| In loving memory of Noble Annella Parks Winter Wells. July 30, 1913 to May 10, 2003. Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and Matriarch of the Parks/Winter Wells clan. We acknowledge her passing, a life well lived and her place in the annals of time. We know heaven welcomes her homecoming as do those who went before. May family and friends be comforted in the knowledge she continues watching over one and all. That she flies freely now with newfound wings, free of discomfort, able, capable and nearby.
