Mastery Objective:
Students will:
1.  Analyze the geography of countries in Central and South America.
2.  Determine how the climate of these countries influenced the culture of the people.
3.  Recognize how geography affects the food that is grown and eaten in a specific locale.
4.  Research and identify foods that are part of the culture of Central and South American countries.            
5.  Describe the relationship of food to the Latin American culture (specific Latin American countries).
