I work
part-time as a NOVA teacher in Abiko NOVA (above left). NOVA is
the largest English school in Japan and very popular.
Additionally, I have some part-time work with a juku (night school
or cram school for children)
in Kitakashiwa, about ten minutes from Abiko.
Since the above teacher positions are only part-time I have also
started my own
private English school entitled PARKES. Most teaching materials
are
designed and created myself in addition to some textbook work
and conversation style classes in the homes of the students.
