Shibuya and NHK Studios |
Gathering at a famous meeting spot in Shibuya (where there is a statue of a legendary loyal dog called Hachikou)
the Barrys, the Parkes' and Maiko head off for the NHK studios... crossing through
some of the busiest intersections in Tokyo...
And now for the news...
At the NHK news studio (Japan's national network broadcaster) the Barrys (and Daniel -top right)
had the chance to read the news in either Japanese or English (easy to guess which!).
The final result could be viewed on TV (above right).
Below: It was also the chance for Daniel and Itsuka to dress up in the costumes of their
favourite NHK samurai drama playing this year, "Musashi"....
...but no awards for acting... unless it's for bad acting!
