Created a labor cost model in Microsoft Excel that calculates the total cost to the company when certain variables (such as wages and benefits) are manipulated.   Gained much experience with Excel and with payroll issues such as taxes, benefits, retirement, pension, etc.

Worked with small business owners to satisfy their accounting, forecasting, budgeting and tax preparation needs. Also trained small business owner in Microsoft Word and Excel (not through ELM, but by agreement with said owner).

Improved MSL's computer based training programs through the addition of audio and video clips. Gained experience with a variety of software packages, including audio and video editing software. Used Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint extensively.
