| In a time of desperation and danger, Goose and Maverick strengthen their friendship in the movie Top Gun. When they are fighting enemy planes together, they strengthen their friendship. When they are both up in their plane, they share a special bond that only those two can relate too. Eventually they work their way out of the hard situation and shoot down the enemy plane. This brought both of them closer by facing the problem at hand together. Although Goose did die later, he did have help strengthen his relationship with Maverick before he died. This is also how Paul bonds with some of the men in his group during the war. They face rough situations but end up getting through them and having a stronger relationship with each other. | ||
