Location: The craft fair will take place in Prospect Park in the Bartel Pritchard Lot, 15th St. This is the wide drive at the entrance at Bartel Pritchard Square.  This is also the intersection or Prospect Park West and Prospect Park Southwest.

Public Transportation:
F Train to 15th Street/Prospect Park
Buses: 75, 68, and 69

Hours of Show: 10:00 am- 6:00pm
Set up begins at 7:30 am and must be finished by 7:00pm. Vendors are responsible for their own clean up. The vendor will be subject to a $35 cleaning fee if space is not properly picked up.

Fee: $75 for each 10 x 10 space  ($25 late registration fee after April 17th)

Display Requirements: Vendor must supply your own display tables or racks and chairs. Tables must have solid colored tablecloths that cover the legs. Displays must be neat and organized. Some sort of covering, tent or protection is advised in case of rain or strong sun.

*Vendor Space will be assigned when you arrive.

*PS154 PTA reserves the right to reject any application. Should PS 154 reject a vendor before the date of the fair, the Vendor Fee will be returned in full.

* No mass-produced merchandise will be allowed. All art and crafts must be original work.  Crafts will be reviewed on morning of show and any inappropriate merchandise will need to be removed.

*No obscene or questionable items will be permitted. Please keep in mind that this is a family friendly event.

* Vendors are responsible for their own taxes. This is a fundraiser therefore the fee is tax deductible. Non-profit Federal Tax ID # 13-6400-434

It is agreed that the vendor expressly releases PS 154 from and agrees to indemnify the foregoing against all claims for any and all loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to attorneys fees and all cost. I agree to abide by the regulations set forth above and assume complete responsibility for installing and handling my exhibit.

The craft fair is where Park Slope (actually South Slope) meets Windsor Terrace.

This is a wonderful community with many amenities.


~There will be 1 portable toilet on premises.
~There are restaurants and cafe's nearby on Prospect Park West.
~There is a bank and several ATM machines on Prospect Park West.
~There is a large playground nearby with public toilets.
~The fair is across the street from the Pavilion Movie Theatre.
~The fair is at the entrance to the F train at the Prospect Park/ 15th Street station.
