The Club's year will run from 1st June until 31st May.
The Annual General Meeting takes place in June or July with the following procedures :
Approval of a Financial Report for the year ending 31st May.
Committee election : Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, and at least two other members. All committee members must be members in "Spurs Members" Club.
An audited copy from the meeting will be sent to THFC.
Additional procedures, will be decided by current committee.
The Club is non profit making. Any withdrawals from the Club's account must be done with at least two committee members signature.
There will be at least one Committee Meeting every two months.
Whilst the Club accepts that Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has no responsibility for the running of the Club or for the conduct of the Club's members, all members of the Club will do everything they can to protect and enhance the good name of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Any members transgressing this rule will be automatically expelled.
The Club will try to arrange at least one travel to White Hart Lane per season. Any travelling member behaving in an inappropriate manner will be expelled from the club.
The Club will welcome any Spurs Supporter that accepts the Terms & Conditions. The club reserves the right to refuse or close membership.
The Club will always invite their members to the local bar's at Montparnasse in Paris for every Spurs game shown live on TV.
