Teenager's Practical Cookery Workshops

For safety reasons the minimum age for the Teenagers workshops is 10 years old.
No upper age limit. The enrolment fee covers the cost of ingredients used during each workshop (students drinks not included). Teenagers are also welcome to attend our tours of the markets workshops (from age 15).

Each set of 5 day workshops cost $105 per student (with different menus on offer). Book both AM and PM class for the cost of $200 (saving $10) Saturday workshops (10 weeks) cost $210 (with different menu to holiday workshops)

Teenager’s Practical Cookery Workshops:

In a small group the student will learn to prepare a range of soups, starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts - all to be enjoyed during lunch.

Teenager’s Practical Pastry & Cakes Workshops:

In a small group you will learn to prepare pastry, cakes, cream, desserts, petit fours and much more. Some of the dishes are enjoyed during afternoon tea, the rest to be taken home.

Monday 15th to Friday 19th April 2002 from 2.00 PM to about 4.30 PM
