Tour of Sydney Markets & Shops
The Tuesdays or Friday Tours of the Market take us to the Flemington Markets, Fish Markets, Hospitality Warehouse, Cookery Book Shop, Nut & Spices Warehouse and Essential Ingredients. We return to the school for a short cooking demonstration and meal (transport, breakfast, morning snacks & lunch included in cost).
Our Saturday Tour take us to the Fish Markets, Herbies, Simon Johnson, The Cookery Book Shop, Five Star Gourmet Food, Nut Warehouse and the Kitchen Wholesale Shop (transport, breakfast, picnic lunch and afternoon tea as well as a short pastry demonstration included in cost).
All these workshops cost $ 70 per person/workshop fully included (tour/meal/GST)
