I bless my higher self for having the wisdom to choose the path on which I am walking.

I bless every cell that makes up this body I inhabit, no matter what shape it is or will be.

I bless my voice and all it's pain for I now it is not so impotant that my voice resonates beauty, but that my words do.

I bless my eyes that sparkle with life, for I know as long as I see beauty within myself, that is all I will see in others.

I bless the teachers I have had in this life for even the lessons learnt through pain have been what I needed to grow and know myself.

I bless the child within me for having the courage to survive and for never allowing me to give in.

I bless this heart that feels so much, for I know it is capable of loving all things unconditionally -

including myself.
