Grade Level: 9th – 12th
1. Students will understand that keeping a diary is an effective and meaningful way to see themselves.
2. Students will learn a life and situation of an urban girl through her diary.
3. Students will compare and contrast their life with the urban girl�fs.
4. Students will actively participate in various activities including reading, writing, discussing, and revising.
5. Students will succeed in finishing two major products and be confident and proud of their accomplishment on writings.
