See who's visiting this page.

Hello. I am Paramendra Bhagat, based out of Indianapolis, living here for over two weeks now, not new to town, working full time on my rapidly expanding online business, and I am keying this article as per the request of Gouri Joshi. We met at Sajha online, and he was one of the people who responded to my experiment there that if you interact with me at the site, maybe you should also call me, and maybe we can become friends. He called.

Our bond is that we are both Nepalis living in America. We have not met yet, and our friendship is only beginning, but we are both real people having real conversations. And he helped me realize how big the Nepali community is in the Dallas area: it is big. A gigantic hello to all of you down there. I am familiar with your city from the days when I used to drive a large, fancy vehicle cross-country. They say Texas is oversize.

Let me get straight to the point. I would like to propose business ownership is the way to go for Nepali Americans. Earlier in the evening I was with a new Nepali friend of mine in town, and I shared a business concept with him that got him excited.

We come from the second poorest country on the planet. I believe most of us take it the wrong way, be it those working minimum wage, or less, perhaps serving tables, or those making low and high five figure incomes, as well those barely making six figures. I dont care if your ceiling is slightly higher than that of others, but it is still a ceiling, and you are letting your past determine your future. You are accepting boundaries that need to be broken open. You need to realize your fuller potential. And financial freedom thus can be a legitimate goal.

I dont mean to look down upon jobs. Jobs are great things. They help us pay our bills; they help us take care of our families. But you have got to realize jobs come with limitations. Because of concepts like time compounding and residual income, business ownership beats job ownership many times over.

Time compounding is to say you have only 24 hours in a day. And those are the only hours you have in a job. But if you have a business team of 10 people, and you wish to double your income, you just double the size of the team. You dont have the 24 hour limitation. Residual income is like an author has. When I buy a book, the author makes money. But the last time she worked on that book might be two years back. Her income today is not related to work done or not today. Once your business is in motion, your income keeps rolling in.

Most people realize this at the gut level, but face obstacles. Like money to invest. The risk of risks. Not having the time to put in. Not having the specialized knowledge for a specialized business.

But if I could offer you an option for business ownership where I take care of all those four obstacles, would you be interested in a cutting edge business concept? What I have is e-commerce private franchising.

E-commerce is to say online shopping is going to be really huge in a few short years. And McDonalds is a great example of a franchise. You start a business, and the company helps you start it and run it, and it takes a small share of your profits, you keep the bigger section of the pie. The in-built incentive structure of the franchise is what makes it truly outstanding.

It used to be said that the Italian Americans back in the days got in the mafia business because their upward mobility in the legitimate world of politics and business was limited. The intersection point is that the Nepali Americans are a new wave of immigrants as well. Most of us will maintain active ties with Nepal for the rest of our lives. And we have our own glass walls and ceilings. But guess what, the Internet changes all that. You can be the same individual, but you came to America to realize your potential. Guess what, I think you should make the next logical step, and go online, because the Internet is the new country, it is not America anymore.

Let me help you get started. If you are interested, please e-mail me at [email protected] with your contact info and background information, and I will get back with you. This is the opportunity of a lifetime I am offering you. I suggest you grab it.
